Trunk or Treat 2023

Date: Saturday October 28
Time: Event time 5pm-7pm (volunteers to arrive no later than 4:30)

This is another opportunity for some light-hearted fun that brings the community together and onto our campus. Our primary goal is to continue to connect with families in the Cayce area and let them know that we are here.

Many things will need to come together in order for this event to be pulled off successfully. Most importantly we will need a number of volunteers:

  • Volunteers to host event tables (we’re looking for at least 4 max 10)

  • Volunteers to host cars (we’re looking for at least 18 max 22)

  • Volunteers to supply additional candy

  • Volunteers to help on the night with logistics like parking, welcoming, floating, first aid, etc.

(Before signing up for a Trunk or Event Table, make sure to look at the roster at the bottom of this page so that we don’t have any duplicate trunk themes or event activities)

The Plan

Volunteers arrive between 4 and 4:30 and set up in the designated area.

We will have parking volunteers to help direct traffic, and welcomers to greet visitors.

We simply want to treat the community to a fun, safe evening and continue to get to know our neighbors.
